Pavan Mamidi, Director of Center for Social & Behaviour Change, Ashoka University

Pavan Mamidi is a Behavioural Scientist and the Director of the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change (CSBC) at Ashoka University. His work spans two key areas: law and policy on emerging technologies (privacy, AI, and autonomy) and applied behavioural science. As Director of CSBC, he has played a pivotal role in establishing India's first Nudge Unit and state-level Behavioural Insights Units in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. His research focuses on health and nutrition.
